About Patrick
A four-time Northern California Emmy winner for his work at ZDTV & TechTV, Patrick is the current Executive Director of the international Shakespeare Theatre Association (STA). He is the former Producing Artistic Director of Richmond Shakespeare Festival, and former Associate Artistic Director and Director of New Play Development & Casting at Orlando Shakespeare Theater. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the College of Creative Arts at Miami University and was Literary Chair on the Board of the National New Play Network (NNPN) for four years.
The late Oscar winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman appeared as a keynote speaker at his PlayFest – The Harriett Lake Festival of New Plays, at the Orlando Shakespeare Theater, and he also produced a staged workshop of an adaptation of The Tempest, starring Oscar winning actress Olympia Dukakis while with Orlando Shakespeare.
